Be careful what you wish for… For the past year I have been shy to be the face of my business. As a project manager, my role is to clear all the clutter so my clients can shine. Being behind the scenes orchestrating things is where I’m most comfortable. I’ve always been reluctant (OK, maybe a little afraid) to be the person in front, the person that shines. Nature = Productivity

Did you know that just gazing at nature can boost productivity? I had a hunch that was the case. I know I feel more productive now that my office has a view of The Columbia River Gorge. This article from Inc. explains why just taking a break to stare at nature scenes improved workers performance.
