This time of year, some of us may feel pressured to work on a detailed plan for next year. And some of us may feel like I don’t want to add more pressure to all that happens at year-end and opt out of feeling the need to be productive.
This year, I’m opting for somewhere in the middle. I’m going to do some reflecting on the past year and put some loose intentions for next year. Once we turn the calendar year, I may feel the need to get more clear on my 2026 goals. But for right now, I’m putting away my “shoulds” and am going to just enjoy the season.
Wherever you are on the planning spectrum, I’ve gathered some of my favorite, more holistic year-end practices to share with you. I’ve even created my own that is a creative way to reflect on your year that uses a mandala as a visual.
