Leave the noise of the city behind, take in the GORGEous views, and step away from the daily grind to plan the year you want, at work and beyond.

You know I believe in vision boards. The one I made in 2014 led me to The Ranch in 2017. The one on my phone got me to an amazing World Cup project. Both times, the dreaming worked because I paired it with a few small next steps. This day gives you room for both.

I know. A whole day sounds like a lot when your calendar is already full. But think about how much time goes into planning next year in bits and pieces: a few minutes between meetings, a list you start in January and lose by March. This puts it all into one focused day.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE:

Morning: Immerse yourself in creativity, clarify your dreams, and design a Vision Board that reflects your authentic vision of success.

Afternoon: Shift into planning. With some coaching and a little group brainstorming, you turn your board into a few steps you can start immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH:

• Clarity: a clearer picture of what you want 2027 to look like.

• A written action plan: your top priorities for 2027 and the first steps for each.

• Focus time: a full day away from your inbox and to-do list, so the big-picture thinking gets done all at once.

• Good company: a small group of supportive folks to dream out loud with, and maybe a new accountabilibuddy or two.

• Visual reminder: something you'll want to hang where you see it every day.

• Tools: magazines, boards, scissors, glue. I've got it all in the room, so you don't have to bring a thing.

• Nourishment: A delicious and nutritious lunch.
