Fall is here…I'm not 100% happy about it...yet.. Summer is my favorite season, so it takes me a bit to get into the groove and to get excited about sweater weather.

This time of year, some of us may feel pressured to work on a detailed plan for next year. And some of us may feel like I don’t want to add more pressure to all that happens at year-end and opt out of feeling the need to be productive. This year, I’m opting for somewhere in the middle.
