Recess | Get your blood pumping
It’s super important to make sure we are taking breaks while we are all sequestered working from home. For one of those breaks today add a little movement. Post a video doing 10 pushups, jumping jacks, play time outside or your best running man.

Part of the importance of running retreats is making sure there is scheduled down time in the agenda. When I plan a day for any of my clients, I make sure there are ample breaks and with the space being out here in Corbett, I have the ability to get people outside. This down time enhances the productive time immensely! We have a couple nice little trails on the property. One is quite rustic and steep in some areas. The other is easy, short and sweet.
